TRIGGERING OTHERS ISN'T FUN

You know what can be hard? Being a trigger for someone else. No one wants to be the bad guy in another person's story. Especially when you’ve done your work and are so clear to the point that you are just moving in inspired action and didn’t even see it coming. An innocent exchange or share can be completely misinterpreted and misjudged. The other person senses a tone or an energy that triggers them and all of a sudden you are left questioning yourself and your motives and your meanings.

When you stay open minded and are willing to look at your own parts and reactions you can easily move through whatever may be attached to you that brought the situation into your reality in the first place. Sometimes when we are conscious of this work and we look for our match in the energy, we just can’t see one that clearly stands out. We may feel misunderstood and unseen for who we really are, and maybe that is the match. But we can also feel so grateful that we’re being used in this way to help another grow and see what they may still be holding on to. So grateful for the opportunity to powerfully anchor in our own truth, energetically and without need for anyones approval.

People can project who they think you are based on their own experiences and you can decide to accept that or to claim even more deeply the knowing of who you truly are. What you really stand for. And even if the other person is unwilling to meet you there or see their part in things, it is not any of your concern. You have done your part in being the trigger and even though we feel uncomfortable in this position and would choose to always be seen in our highest expression if we could, choose to avoid any dissonance and not play the villain in anyone’s story, it is just an opportunity for everyone to claim their truth even more deeply and honestly.

I know my intentions and I know they are good. I surround myself with people who I also believe and feel to have good intentions. When anything is amiss in this energy I recognize that it is absolutely on purpose for both sides. I am not a fixer or a savior and it is not my job to make anyone else see any particular truth. They will see what they see based on their reality. I do my inner work to be sure I’m at neutral around it and then I leave the rest up to the universe. I am not available for people to distort the truth of me and who I am. No matter what story anyone else is telling about me in their mind or out loud, it will never trump my own. I am embodied in my truth and I know my story is mine to tell and mine to create. This painting is called Love of Creation. It's about creating directly from our souls and that especially applies to creating within our lives, in addition to our artistic endeavors.
