By joining The Living Current, you are entering a relationship-based membership container rooted in creative expression, energetic awareness, and personal presence. Please read the following terms carefully before joining.

1. Membership Structure

The Living Current is a recurring subscription-based membership, offered on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis depending on the option you select at checkout.

Your membership includes access to:

• Monthly live or recorded activations and gatherings

• Seasonal prompts, portals, or inquiries

• Optional community space for reflection and sharing

• A growing library of past activations and resources, available while your membership is active

Offerings may evolve organically over time in response to the seasons, the collective, and the nature of the work.

2. Payment & Billing

• Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected interval unless canceled.

• You may cancel your membership at any time through your Stripe account.

• No refunds or prorated refunds are offered for partial periods.

• Your founding member rate remains locked in for as long as your subscription stays active.

3. Cancellation & Access

• Upon cancellation, you will retain access through the end of your current billing period.

• After your membership ends, access to live calls, recordings, and the membership library will be removed.

• Rejoining in the future may be subject to updated pricing or availability.

4. Participation & Community

Participation in live calls, discussions, or sharing spaces is always invitational.

You are welcome to engage at your own pace, in ways that feel supportive and aligned for you. At the same time, this is a living container, and members are encouraged to participate in a way that honors reciprocity, presence, and respect.

Disrespectful, harmful, or disruptive behavior may result in removal from the membership without refund.

5. Nature of the Work

The Living Current is not therapy, medical treatment, or a substitute for professional mental health or medical care.

This membership supports:

• Creative and emotional expression

• Energetic awareness and nervous system regulation

• Personal reflection and embodied inquiry

You are responsible for your own well-being, boundaries, and choices throughout your participation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content shared within The Living Current, including recordings, prompts, and materials, is the intellectual property of Kristin Lynn Bobb/Intentional Energy.

Materials are for personal use only and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

7. Agreement

By purchasing and participating in The Living Current, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

This membership is intended to be a reciprocal, supportive relationship. You are invited to stay as long as it feels aligned and nourishing for both you and the container.
